A morning-glory at my window satisfies me more than the metaphysics of book.”  Walt Whitman quotes (Poet, 18191892)

The beauty of the Morning Glory Flower can be likened to ‘A Burst of Inspiration’. Every flower opens once in the morning and wilts after a couple of hours. So for the Morning Glory every morning is a fresh beginning. The next day, other flowers will bloom to enjoy the beauty of a new day.

Divine Glow Of a Morning Glory!

Have a great morning every morning 🙂

    Dear Sir,

Glorious flower and beautiful quote by Walt Whitman! Thank you!

Again, as Wordsworth said in ‘The Tables Turned’, it is indeed time to quit our books and set aside some time for ‘Leisure:….. time to ‘stand and stare’ at the beauty of Nature!

Morning Glory does ‘inspire’ me to wax eloquent about poetry!

    Have a wonderful weekend.

    Thanks and regards,

    Hi Geetha,

It’s so nice of you to appreciate my amateur photos and my wife’s interest in flowers! As usual its she who called me out in the morning to have a look at this beautiful ‘morning glory’. Seeing the central glow to us both was an enrapturing moment. It was just the day before the plant was a surprise gift from our ‘dotter’ and we never knew when she kept it in our entrance 🙂

I loved Wordsworth’s ‘The Tables Turned’ and I must admit that I now realize what I missed while growing-up. I thank you for sending these valuable and enlightening links!

    Best regards!
