“On this Diwali may your inner light grow and bring light all around

Love, light and laughter”~ Quote by Sadguru Jaggi Vasudev

Diwali (Deepawali or Dipawali) is a Hindu festival. Diwali means rows of lighted lamps. It is a festival of lights and all Indian Hindus celebrate it joyfully. In this festival, people light up their houses and shops. During this festival, people worship Lord Ganesh for good welfare and prosperity and goddess Lakshmi for wealth and wisdom. ~ Wikipedia.

When you see hawkers selling heaps of bright flaming Marigold (Jhendu in local language) flowers on the street it means some important festival is on. Sharing some random shots with you 🙂 and wishing you a very happy Diwali.
